Enviro Press Global has been established as the umbrella organisation under which a range of leading-edge compaction products will sit. With over 40 years of experience within the hydraulic and compaction industry with our sister company HydPower Hydraulics.

Our business mission is to produce a range of the cleanest, greenest machines that use considerably less power than conventional compacting machines saving users money and protecting the environment in to the future.
OUR EXPERIENCE
With over 40 years of experience in the design & supply of high end hydraulic systems supported by smart electronics, Enviro Press has pulled together all of the experienced gained under one roof.
We have been involved in Agricultural, Bulk Handling, Industrial, Mobile Hydraulics & Construction systems both in terms of design and implementation. From the early days of developing rotary dairy systems to recent projects for disc seeding where we have produced a constant pressure system that is operated via custom smart box in the tractor cab.
Compaction has always been on our radar & with vast experience within both the Woolpress and Cardboard industries. It is this experience that has led us to understand how to make a better, safer, cleaner & greener product range.
LEADING EDGE SAFETY
Having been in & around industrial & commercial machinery for many years, there have been many workplace accidents mainly due to unskilled labour using unsafe machines.
At Enviro Press, we wanted to be at forefront of safety and as such all of our products are tested to all of the relevant AS/NZ standards including: AS/NZ 4024, 3000 & 3760
Furthermore, each product is certified to within a safety category (1-4) which is in line with what the equipment is designed to do and the risks it possesses . This certification is a part of the output from a Risk Assessment that is carried out before any of our products are released to the market.
With WorkSafe regulations and workplace duty of care legislation now under the microscope, there has never been a better time to ensure your workplace is a safe one by using Enviro Press products.
OUR CURRENT PRODUCTS
We currently offer two products, both of which are focused on the wool growing industry.
Our flagship product is the WoolMaster Woolpress. This leading-edge wool baling machine is faster, smarter & safer than anything else on the market today. It will produce more bales per day thanks to its loading aperture meaning you need to fill it fewer times per bale than other Woolpresses. Our second product, PowerMaster, is retro-fit kit that consists of an electronic control box, hydraulic pump and motor assembly. PowerMaster can be fitted to most older hydraulically operated presses to significantly improve performance especially in environments where power is poor or shearers have experienced shed trip outs due to circuit overloads. The PowerMaster will work exceptionally well on properties that are supplied by a SWER (Single Wire Earth Return) supply.

FUTURE DIRECTION
In the coming months we will be introducing compaction products for the Carboard, Rag, Textile & Aluminum Can sectors.
These products will follow the same leading edge technologies that our current products have and will help our customers project a greener angle to their businesses.
